Q: Help! I've forgotten my password.
MHP: No problem! Just send an email to info@monsterhouseplans.com. We can't see your password, but we can reset it. We will assign a new password so you can access your account and saved plans. Once you have successfully logged in, you can change your password to anything you choose.
Q: Can I order plans if I don't live in the US?
MHP: If you live within the US or Canada, you may order on-line using our secure site or by calling 800-977-5267. If you live outside the US or Canada, you may order by calling (310) 579-2293. We accept most major credit cards as well as wire transfers.
Q: Do you have a professional designer or architect on your staff?
MHP: We are the only collaborative house plan site owned and operated by a licensed architect. Jeff Spring, President is an architect with 30+ years of design experience and licensed in the state of Washington.
Q: How do I contact you?

Q: How long does it take to receive plans once I've ordered?
MHP: That depends upon the plan you order, the time you order, where the plans will be shipped to, and where they are shipped from. Many of our designers ship the same day, but some need 1-2 business days to get the plans out-the-door. Shipping may be delayed if you are ordering reversed plans or an alternate foundation. You have a variety of shipping options to chose from when placing your order. If receiving your plans by a certain date is critical, call us so that we may contact the designer for verification.
Q: When will I receive my house plans?
MHP: We give our designers one full business day to get orders out whether they are print or electronic. Occasionally they might need an extra day or two if you’ve asked for an alternate foundation or reversing. CAD files and PDF files are not instant downloads. They will be e-mailed to you directly from the designer, not MonsterHousePlans. Keep an eye on your ‘Junk’ folder as this will have an attachment that and your internet service provider may flag it.
Q: I am a designer interested in offering my plans on your site.
MHP: If you are an architect or designer who currently offers the sale of your stock house plans through print &/or internet marketing, contact us for information on our generous royalty split and the ease in which you may offer your plans through MonsterHousePlans.com. If you are an architect or designer contemplating selling your designs, you owe it to yourself to explore the financial opportunity you have sitting in your drawing archives. The size of the plans makes absolutely no difference. If you are interested in investigating the opportunity of including your plans in our on-line collection, please contact us for more details.
Q: Can you help me find a house plan?
MHP: If you need assistance selecting a plan or using a feature on the web site, please call our customer service department at 800-977-5267. We'll be happy to assist you with your plan search.
Q: Is my privacy and credit card information secure?
MHP: Yes. MonsterHousePlans.com values its customers and respects their privacy. We collect customer information in an effort to improve your shopping experience and to communicate with you about our products, services, and promotions. MonsterHousePlans.com recognizes that it must maintain and use customer information responsibly. We do not sell or rent the information you provide to us online to third parties. Secure online ordering exactly like the big guys... At MonsterHousePlans.com we do our best to provide a safe and convenient online shopping experience. Protecting the safety of your credit card information is important to us. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to protect the security of your credit card information as it is transmitted to us. This the same secure ordering security used by large online retailers like Amazon.com and Expedia.com. SSL is the gold standard in Internet encryption technology, which is a fancy way of saying that it's a highly sophisticated method of scrambling data as it travels from your computer to our website's servers. To make sure you are accessing our secure server before you submit personal financial information, look at bottom of your browser. If you see an unbroken key or a closed lock (depending upon your browser), then SSL is active. To double-check for security, look at the URL or Location line of your browser. If you have accessed our secure server, the first characters of the address in that line should change from "http" to "https." Keep in mind, you will only see this after you click "Checkout" and have begun the checkout process. Q: Do you have photo's of the homes?
MHP: If we do have a photo, it will be displayed on the individual plan page. Also note that photos may not represent plans accurately due to changes made during construction.
