The Beverly I - This Barndominium is a one story, monitor style design. One notable exterior feature is the three cupolas high atop the roofline. This model is full of great features that allow it to be a great residence for daily living or a great vacation rental space with nice WOW factors. This original Beverly design can be modified. It is about 2,600 square feet, and it is a great space for a growing family or retiree.It features a vaulted great room / kitchen combo. It has two bedrooms, each with a with full bath, and a powder room. There is also an office and home theater.
It can be designed with generous porch space as well. If you opt for the additional porch space, you may want us to extend the monitor roof or add additional lean-to’s so the porches are covered. Get ready for comfort and a bit of entertainment with this design.
