The Biloxi I

This Barndominium home – The Biloxi I – is another quintessential luxury Barndominium.  It is loaded with features and is easily adaptable to a number of changes.  It was our first Barndo designed with a second story loft.  It is spacious, luxurious, cozy, and functional – all at the same time.

The Biloxi I is two story Barndominium with almost 3,800 square feet of living space.  It has three bedrooms – including an owner’s suite with safe room.  There are two and half baths.  The great room is impressive with its oversized fireplace, vaulted ceiling, and garage door access.  There is a kitchen area adjacent to the great room with a large island.  A large well-appointed pantry is tucked just out of sight.  There is a flex space next to the downstairs laundry, and a loft upstairs next to two bedrooms.

The front porch is under its own gable roof.  The L-shaped side porch is over a 1,000 square feet of outdoor kitchen space and living room.  It is the place to entertain. This luxury Barndo is another of our showcase designs.
