Frequently Asked Questions About This Plan

• This is the ideal plan for our lot. Is a daylight basement the same as a walkout basement? Do you have the plan without a garage?

  The daylight basement simply has larger than normal windows in the basement, not necessarily a walk-out. However, you can usually get either and adjust to the slope accordingly.
