  • Can this plan be easily modified for 2x6 walls? Does the footage include the storage area above the garage.

    Changing to 2" x 6" exterior walls is very simple and can almost always be done locally by your builder. The square footage of the second floor storage area is not included in the total and adds an additional 313 square feet.
