Frequently Asked Questions About This Plan

• I am very interested in this plan - we love the hearthroom concept in this one. On the brief floorplan it indicates knee walls upstairs - how tall are the side walls in the bedrooms and the bathroom upstairs? Does the foundation follow the master bedroom wall or is it cantilevered out? Thanks in advance for your help.

  The bedroom knee walls will clip down to 6’-2” on the bedroom walls. The walk-in closet to wall clips down to 5’-6”. The bay window of the master is currently cantilevered over the foundation just to keep the foundation from having the angles.
