House Plan Highlights

This design reminds us of homes from long ago- imagine quiet city streets under the canopy of tree where houses like this would be seen on every block. A hip roof, dormers and traditional brick create the feeling of stability and longevity that America's best neighborhoods always have had. Craftsman elements such as the pedestal based columns and the pattern of the window panes also exude the old neighborhood feeling. The main floor provides modern convenience to the traditional exterior. The kitchen with a large island is centrally located to be the hub of the home. The kitchen opens into the vaulted family room and looks toward the rear. The master bedroom also is oriented to the rear to provide natural light and views. The master bath has separate vanities for convenience and organization. A formal dining area adjacent to the foyer completes the main floor. The upper floor provides lots of square footage in a modest footprint. There are two secondary bedrooms, a nice bathroom and a huge bonus room that can be utilized in many ways.
