House Plan Highlights

This luxury house plan centers in the family room, with the rooms around it having a useful flow. The front of the house as you enter has a 20' ceiling in the foyer and a spiral staircase leading to the second floor. The living area is divided from the foyer with the use of a large decorative pillar. Stairs on either side of the living room lead back into the family room on one side and the kitchen on the other. The kitchen and family room are separated only by a free standing island from which you can enjoy the coffered ceiling in the family room and feel the warmth of the fire in the fireplace. A wine and bar area are in the kitchen area. You can enter the dining room from the family room or foyer, and enjoy the tray ceilings and view onto the terrace with its grand pillars.
