House Plan Highlights

Luxury abounds in this modern Italian mansion house plan with over 4000 square feet on one level. The exterior facade is stucco with trim around the windows and under the eaves. A turret-like area jets out from the right with large rectangular windows above side-by-side verticals and rectangulars on the bottom. The three-car garage with courtyard entry comes out from the left. The covered entry welcomes you under two-story arches and an arched window above the front door with two half moons that make the round glass in the middle of this front door. Large floor-to-ceiling windows blur the lines between inside and out.
