• Hi Jeff! I am not sure if it is possible, but I have to ask! I LOVE this plan! It the perfect size for us and the lot we are building on. However, I really want a covered porch area. Would it be possible to make bed #3 a sun porch? I know that in doing this, I will have to change the laundry area, which is fine with me. I am looking to create a Laundry/Craft room so making this bigger would be ideal. I would also like to have a 1/2 bath in this area. I really don\'t want to change the footprint in this area of the house, as I like the basement layout. Also, my husband is a car buff and needs an oversized garage. Would it be possible to make this a 40 x 30? If this is do-able, how much would it cost to change this and what would the time frame be? Thank you for your help! Look forward to hearing from you.
