Close up your umbrella on the covered porch and enter into a display gallery hallway system that guides you to the master suite on the left or to the great room on the right. The generous kitchen is made even more spacious with a walk in pantry, a large island with sunken double sink, and a breakfast nook set into a bay window with a door out onto the covered deck at the rear of the home. A constellation of bedrooms, each with their own walk-in closet and connected by a Jack and Jill bathroom, round out the right side of the house.
This is technically a one-story home, designed for a sloped lot. The lower level is a kind of daylight basement, with two additional bedrooms, a game room or home theater with built-in wet bar, an open recreational room, a mechanical room and cold storage—all in addition to the enormous storage room already built in to the home design.
